Jason

Jason has recently been promoted to run the Release Management function within Qlarius IT. He previously worked for Nick in Ops.

Jason received his promotion from Doug because he is careful and process-oriented, but also action oriented. He's also a consensus builder, an important quality in a role that spans Dev and Ops.

Speaking of Dev and Ops, Jason is instilling the principals of the DevOps movement within Doug's entire organization. As such, he's seen as a major change agent for making the organization more agile.
