Course Goal
This course provides the foundational concepts and skills needed to configure a process model within Dimensions CM. It also covers the skills needed to enable the Dimensions CM System Administrator to maintain a Dimensions CM installation.
Prerequisites
This course assumes that you have successfully completed the Serena Dimensions CM Fundamentals course.
This course assumes that you can already:
- Navigate the Dimensions CM Web Client
- Create requests, items, projects, baselines, and other objects
- Relate objects
