Course Goal
This course provides the foundational concepts and skills needed to configure a process model within Dimensions CM. It also covers the skills needed to enable the Dimensions CM System Administrator to maintain a Dimensions CM installation.

Prerequisites
This course assumes that you have successfully completed the Serena Dimensions CM Fundamentals course.

This course assumes that you can already:

  • Navigate the Dimensions CM Web Client
  • Create requests, items, projects, baselines, and other objects
  • Relate objects

This course is designed for those who will do administration tasks in Dimensions CM.
